A man found the cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared and he sat and watched the butterfly as it struggled for several hours to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far out as it could.
The man decided to help the butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors and snipped of the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, but it had a swollen body and shriveled wings. The man continued watching the butterfly because he expected that at any moment, the wings would expand and be able to support the body which would contract with time.
Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent its whole life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It was never able to fly.
What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the constricting cocoon and the struggle to get through the tiny opening were Nature's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings and legs so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom.
The best advise
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in life especially in sales. If your leader allowed you to go through life without obstacles, you would have not learn what is the hard part in the sales. You would never be as strong as your leader wanted you to be. Next time you go through a struggle, remember that no matter how hard it is, your leader is there with you to walk through all the hard part you are facing.

I want to take this opportunity to share this story with my dear readers ~ Yen
Meet Melina. She is one of the most remarkable and determined young woman I have ever met. Take just 60 seconds to watch her story:
It took courage for her to share such a personal story of losing her mother and how she had to work so hard to get where she is. Melina was selected to be in a first-ever public service announcement (PSA) for the LIFE Lessons Scholarship Program.
This is a very important program that helps college-bound students who’ve lost a parent achieve a dream of a college education. Unfortunately, these students experience financial difficulties due to a parent dying with little or no life insurance. Each year, we receive thousands of scholarship applications, and since the program’s inception, we have awarded a total of $600,000 in scholarships. But for every student who receives a scholarship, we must turn thousands more away. In an effort to bring more attention to this powerful program we decided to create this PSA—to share Melina’s story.
The PSA was shot in Las Vegas on a sweltering 110-degree summer day. We scouted multiple locations for the shoot, including my favorite—Anthem Park. Melina said she would often visit this nature viewpoint to clear her mind and briefly forget her mom’s terminal illness. The viewpoint overlooks all of Las Vegas. Although it was a small hike to get up there, it was a breathtaking view. We shot right at dusk when all the city lights were turning on. It was incredible and surprisingly peaceful in such a famously noisy town.
I remember Melina saying she can now go to that spot not in sadness, but in appreciation of how far she has come. When we were together, she also said how thankful she was for the LIFE Lessons Scholarship Program for helping to get her life back on track, and credits her scholarship with lifting a lot of financial weight off her shoulders.
There are still thousands of students like Melina who are struggling mightily without their parent or parents and need a helping hand. You can help with you tax-deductible donation.
And lastly, I would just like to ask the parents reading this who have young children to think about the consequences of not having life insurance or enough of it. Would you want what happened to Melina to happen to your children? If not, take action now to get the coverage you need. Start right now.....

How many times have you asked yourself "Will my insurance company will settle the claims or reject the claims in case of any mishappening to me?", "Will my family get the claim benefits or not?"
An insurance policy is the financial security for family if the bread winner of the family passes away. The financial security will be ensured only if the claim is settled by the insurance companies in a hassle free manner. If the claim gets rejected then the financial security of the policy holder's family will be in a deep trouble. Then why the insurance companies are rejecting the claims?

Hard as it is to believe, there are only a few more months until the December holidays. And then we are back to January—and those pesky New Year’s resolutions. You know: lose weight, exercise more, get a handle on our finances.
And we mean to follow through. We really do. But something happens—or more precisely, life happens—and we just don’t have the time or energy or the incentive to do the things we said we wanted to do.
Remember the story of the ant and the grasshopper? The ant worked hard all summer, gathering wheat grains to store for winter. And the grasshopper? He just hopped around, enjoying the sunshine and laughing at that sweaty ant. Well, once winter hit, the grasshopper wasn’t laughing, but was cold and miserable and hungry. And the ant? He had plenty of food and could now toast his toes in front of his warm fire.
